Delivery time varies on the destination:
Spain – Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Peninsula – FREE

Duties & Taxes
If delivery is outside of the EU the corresponding import duties and taxes will be applied by your country´s customs clearance. This will always be payable by the customer at the moment of product delivery. We are unable to calculate this amount in advance as this depends on the individual countries’ legislations.
Order Processing
International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates. Exchange Rates
Orders are paid in EUR and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to make things right. Simply return the product/s within 20 days of the original purchase date, and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price or happily exchange the goods for product/s of equal value.
Returns to Mis Balinesas
You may return product/s within 20 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned and received unused, in its original packaging, with the original shipping invoice. Contact us at info@misbalinesas.com and we will send you the instructions to proceed with the return. Please allow 7-14 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.
(Please note: If you received the item as a gift, a refund will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase.)
